Artist Spotlight
What medium do you use the most? Which do
you enjoy using the most?
I mostly use chalk and watercolour, but I prefer
chalk because of the control.
What is your favorite style?
The Rococo art style is most interesting to me be-
cause of the flowing strokes and use of pastel.
What subject matter do you use the most?
As a ballet dancer I let my ballet flow into other art
forms.
What inspires you?
Ballet is such an important part of my life that I find
it in almost everything I do.
Which one of your works are you most proud
of?
The Judgement.
Have you won any awards for your artwork?
Not yet, but I am always hopeful.
Do you have any showings of your artwork?
Yes, the Winter Park Sidewalk Arts Festival and the
upcoming Lake Highland Arts Festival.
Who is your favorite artist?
Definitely Edgar Degas because his work parallels (Above) Entertainment, Juliette Garnier, Grade 12, Pastel chalk.
mine with his focus on ballet dancers.
