How do you become a member?

You reside within the boundaries of the Association (Colonial Drive to the south, Magnolia Avenue to the west, Virginia Drive to the north and Mills Avenue to the east), and pay your annual dues: $10 for an individual and $20 for a family.

The purpose of the Association is to promote a sense of community spirit, to work together for the common benefit of all neighbors and to assist with problems or situations that affect the neighborhood. Our efforts are directed to maintaining and improving the quality of life in this neighborhood.
