2019-2020 AfterCare - Student Union Registration Form

Dear Lake Highland Parents:

AfterCare and Student Union offers several different programs for your convenience, including a Drop-In Program for our families who have only the occasional need. Below you will find the 2019-2020 fees.  Monthly billing is available at no extra charge.  

There is no AfterCare registration fee again this year but we encourage you to register by June 1st or a late registration fee of $35 will be charged.  Monthly billing for AfterCare begins in July, as it is done a month in advance, so please note that if you register after June 30,  you WILL be billed for 2 to 3 months on your next billing and the full amount for those months must be paid by the first of the following month that they are billed.  To avoid this be sure to register early and not wait until Orientation Day or after to enroll in the program.

For your convenience, we offer drop-in service any time.  Please call, email or use our drop-in online form to make a reservation. 

  • $24 Per Student Per Day
  • $30 Per Student Per Day on Early Dismissal Days
AfterCare is located in the Cafeteria on the Charles E. Bradshaw Jr. Campus (Main Campus).  Student Union is located in Room 209 of the Charles Clayton Campus.

Daily Late Fee: There will be a late fee of $1.00 per minute for every minute after your specified pick-up time or 5:45 for full time students.  After 6:00 the charge will be $2.00 per minute.
Late Registration Fee: Anyone registering after June 1,  2019 will be charged a $35 late registration fee. 

SUBMIT ONCE FOR EACH CHILD FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR. 
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when properly completed and submitted.

Part-Time Program is a monthly allotment of days that averages 3 days per week and is calculated on a percentage of school days per month.


We understand your AfterCare needs may change and it could be necessary to make a change to your existing program. This may be done, free of charge, once during the school year. All subsequent changes will be at a $25.00 charge and will be billed to you by the Business Office.
